Quitarnos el maquillaje religiosamente todos los d\u00edas es tan importante como el uso de protector solar. No s\u00f3lo evita posibles brotes, sino que impide el envejecimiento prematuro e hiperpigmentaci\u00f3n causados por la exposici\u00f3n diaria a la poluci\u00f3n. Esta gu\u00eda r\u00e1pida te ayudar\u00e1 a encontrar el mejor desmaquillante para tu tipo de piel y necesidades, y har\u00e1 tu rutina mucho m\u00e1s agradable.<\/p>\n

TOALLITAS<\/strong>
\nRealmente admiro a esas chicas que pueden desmaquillarse completamente con tan s\u00f3lo una toallita, y sufro cuando veo cu\u00e1nto tienen que frotar y maltratar la piel para conseguirlo. Las toallitas sacan de apuros cuando quieres refrescarte un poco; en el gimnasio o durante un viaje en avi\u00f3n, por ejemplo. El problema es que no limpian los poros y gran parte de la suciedad se queda asentada en la piel causando irritaciones y acn\u00e9. Aparte, los qu\u00edmicos que las mantienen h\u00famedas terminan resec\u00e1ndola.<\/p>\n

AGUAS MICELARES<\/strong>
\nLibres de alcohol y detergentes, son la mejor opci\u00f3n para las pieles sensibles, pero todas podemos beneficiarnos de ellas. Supuestamente no necesitan enjuague y puedes pasar directamente al hidratante, pero personalmente prefiero asegurarme de que no estoy dejando residuo alguno en la piel \u2014y en el 99,9% de las veces lo hay\u2014 as\u00ed \u00a0que el t\u00f3nico es un imprescindible en mi rutina. Si usas maquillaje pesado \u00e9ste m\u00e9todo no es el m\u00e1s eficiente, ya que requiere tiempo \u2014y producto\u2014 extra limpiar todo el rostro correctamente.<\/p>\n

DESMAQUILLANTES BIF\u00c1SICOS<\/strong>
\nFormulados con agua y aceite, se activan al agitarlos y act\u00faan rapidamente. Son ideales para retirar el maquillaje de ojos a prueba de agua, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar s\u00f3lo la fase aquosa para remover maquillaje normal. \u00bfLa desventaja? Muchos de ellos contienen jab\u00f3n, lo que tiende a irritar el \u00e1rea de los ojos.<\/p>\n

ACEITES<\/strong>
\nRemueven el maquillaje m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil en poco tiempo dejando la piel suave e hidratada. Para evitar la aparici\u00f3n de los temidos granitos la clave \u2014como con cualquier otra f\u00f3rmula\u2014 est\u00e1 en utilizar un t\u00f3nico para eliminar cualquier residuo y evitar que se obstruyan los poros.<\/p>\n

CREMAS<\/strong>
\nSuelen contener hidratantes y emolientes que pueden hacer maravillas para las pieles secas. En otros tipos de piel pueden resultar pesados y causar brotes.<\/p>\n

MUDS O B\u00c1LSAMOS<\/strong>
\nSon geniales para quienes tienen la piel seca o usan mucho maquillaje. Act\u00faan como m\u00e1scaras faciales absorbiendo toda la suciedad, pero usados a diario tienen efecto abrasivo.<\/p>\n

SCRUBS O EXFOLIANTES<\/strong>
\nIgual que las espumas, necesitas de un segundo producto para eliminar todo el maquillaje y suciedad del rostro. Les habl\u00e9 de mi exfoliante favorito aqu\u00ed<\/a>, y me encanta porque se puede usar todos los d\u00edas y hace todo el procedimiento mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, pero si tienes la piel sensible, lo mejor es limitar el uso de este tipo de productos a una vez por semana. M\u00e1s de eso puede irritar la piel y adelgazar su pel\u00edcula protectora. En cualquier caso, evita los exfoliantes con part\u00edculas abrasivas.<\/p>\n

PARA LOS OJOS<\/strong>
\nPara m\u00ed los aceites son la mejor opci\u00f3n, pero si usas maquillaje\u00a0non waterproof<\/em>\u00a0las f\u00f3rmulas cremosas suelen ser suficientes. Si tienes ojos sensibles evita productos con un mont\u00f3n de ingredientes y opta por los que son incoloros y libres de alcohol y perfume.<\/p>\n

SI USAS PRIMER\u00a0<\/strong>
\nSi amas usar primer o bases de larga duraci\u00f3n necesitas un desmaquillante que contenga silicones (busca en la etiqueta ingredientes que empiecen por \u201ccyclo\u201d) para disolver los pol\u00edmeros responsables de extender la vida de tu maquillaje.<\/p>\n
