Una vez lo intent\u00e9 y<\/span><span title=\"I tried it like a million years ago: hated machines, felt on my knees while crossing the street on the first day and only last a few weeks, not even completing the whole month a paid for.\"> odi\u00e9 las m\u00e1quinas, me ca\u00ed de rodillas al cruzar la calle de regreso a casa el primer d\u00eda, y ni siquiera complet\u00e9 el mes que pagu\u00e9. Abomino<\/span><span title=\"I hate the idea of exhausting myself to the point of wanting to throw up, so no Insane\/Army style workouts for me, and I'm also a bad Latina who lacks the coordination to dance properly, so clearly, no Zumba\/aerobic anything\"> la idea de agotarme hasta el punto de casi vomitar, as\u00ed que nada de Insane ni entrenamientos estilo militar para m\u00ed. N<\/span><span title=\"Now, I'm not looking to have super defined abs (wouldn't mind having them tho), I don't care about having toned arms or glutes (it's not like I can even look at them), and I'm ok\">o busco tener abdominales super definidos (aunque no me molestar\u00eda tenerlos), tampoco me desvivo por tener brazos o gl\u00fateos tonificados (mi filosof\u00eda es que si no puedo verlos ni siquiera me preocupo), y estoy a gusto con <\/span><span title=\"with my legs.\">mis piernas. Para nada pretendo <\/span><span title=\"I also won\u2019t quit to pizza in the name of protein shakes and bars.\">renunciar a la pizza y entregarme a la vida prote\u00edca en forma de batidos y barras. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span title=\"I also won\u2019t quit to pizza in the name of protein shakes and bars.\">No me ejercito para <\/span><span title=\"I don\u2019t worlout to punish my body or force it to be \u201cperfect\u201d. \">castigar mi cuerpo ni forzarlo a ser &#8220;perfecto&#8221;.<\/span><span title=\"My reasons are different: Barre has got me out of my confort zone.\"> Me ejercito para salir de mi zona de <em>comfort<\/em> y probarme a mi misma que soy capaz de <\/span><span title=\"My reasons are different: Barre has got me out of my confort zone.\">cosas que jam\u00e1s pens\u00e9 lograr. <span title=\"I\u2019ve gained a clearer\/stronger mind and lots of discipline, something I want to translate into other areas of my life.\">En ciertas<\/span><span title=\"There\u2019s postures where you can easily fall, so you have no choice but to focus.\"> posturas te puedes caer f\u00e1cilmente, y no tienes m\u00e1s remedio que concentrarte. <\/span><span title=\"When I\u2019m in the middle of a horrible push up (yes, you do push ups at barre), almost ready to give up I remember that sense of accomplishment and boost of confidence I feel after and keep going.\">Cuando estoy en medio de un <em>push up<\/em> infernal (s\u00ed, haces <em>push ups<\/em> en <em>barre<\/em>), a punto de rendirme, recuerdo esa sensaci\u00f3n de logro, ese <em>boost<\/em> de confianza que siento despu\u00e9s y me obligo a terminar. <\/span><\/span><span title=\"My reasons are different: Barre has got me out of my confort zone.\">Practicar <em>barre<\/em> ma ha dado <span title=\"I\u2019m doing things I dind\u2019t even think I could do.\">claridad, fortaleza mental, <\/span><span title=\"I\u2019ve gained a clearer\/stronger mind and lots of discipline, something I want to translate into other areas of my life.\">y disciplina, algo que quiero llevar a otras \u00e1reas de mi vida. <\/span><\/span><span
