It’s fun. Why we even stopped doing it?
The key to rock the trend without looking like a cringy #tbt from 2010 is layering and adding an interesting texture/material to your ensemble: think sheer and shiny tops, wool vests or coats for fall. Go for deconstructed, assymetric, draped pieces and cut outs, and complete everything with an accesory (a scarf, a pair of pumps….) that features a small graphic print to make it even more modern.
