70’s Flare

Oh, there she comes with her culottes again, you might think… But hey, it only proves they’re super wearable! Truth is, these pictures were taken before my travel to Venezuela and I didn’t want to keep delaying publishing them.

During the 70’s Vogue declared the end of fashion rules and dressing became a way to show who you are/want to be. Just like in the 70’s we have a collective desire to chill that’s expressed through clothes and the fact that I was able to find these culottes in a fast fashion reflects exactly that: we want to wear pants, but not be constricted by rigid shapes. We still love and want to wear denim but with a twist… And ultimately, we aren’t paying too much attention to the rules of what suits us and what not!
